My client, an established organisation based in Hertfordshire, are looking for a Service Desk Engineer to join their team. This is a very close-knit team who have created a great working atmosphere.
As a Service Desk Engineer, this would be a great opportunity for someone looking for further development and training, as this company will provide the chance for internal progression.
The company can also offer 2 days working from home, a bonus scheme and a lot of other benefits including Health Insurance.
The company are looking for a Service Desk Engineer who already has experience working in a ServiceDesk or HelpDesk position or similar IT customer support focused role, focusing on responding and solving initial tickets that may come through. Working in fast and sometimes challenging environment.
This role would suit a Service Desk Engineer who is really passionate about providing customer and IT support at a high level, making sure clients are happy with the service and always looking to learn.
It is important for this Service Desk Engineer role that you have good experience covering a variety of tools like Office365, Windows, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure AD, Exchange, VMware etc and have good knowledge regarding technical support across 1st and 2nd Line issues.
In this Service Desk Engineer role, it is essential to have excellent communication skills and if needed be able to provide support in person, over the phone (to both technical and not technical people).
