A NEWLY CREATED position - IT Helpdesk / IT Service Desk Support Manager.

NEEDS TO ALSO BE HANDS-ON technical - Azure, Intune, Citrix, Windows, SharePoint (and help with 1st, 2nd and 3rd LIne Support issues as well)

This is a MANAGEMENT position, looking after a small (but growing team) of circa 3-5 people.

Based in London (4 days in and 1 from home)

£60,000 - £70,000 Base + Bens

We are looking for experienced 'Hands-On' Service Desk Managers with at least 2-3 years of recent experience in Service Desk Management; ideally within a Financial services; Insurance or Blue=Chip / Professional environment.
