Service Leader

Our client, a leading organisation in Croydon, London, is looking for a passionate and dedicated Service Leader to join their team on a temporary basis for 6 months, with the potential for extension.

As a Service Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and safety of vulnerable children and young people. You will be responsible for leading, motivating, and managing a team of up to 9 staff members, providing them with guidance and support to deliver a consistent and high-quality support service.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in safeguarding and quality assurance, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring the best possible outcomes for children and young people. A proven track record in leadership and team management is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In this fast-paced and challenging role, you will work closely with the Head of Service, providing support in areas such as diary and time management, acting as a go-to person for the service coordinators, and driving the delivery of an outstanding support service.

This is a full-time position, 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will be office-based for 2 days and work hybrid for 3 days, offering flexibility and a healthy work-life balance.
