Service & Maintenance Coordinator

£26,000

Fully Remote

Thursday - Sunday (4 days per week)

Our client has experienced substantial growth and as a result they are looking for a Service & Maintenance Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis.

Your hours of work will be:

Thursday & Friday - 8am-7pm

Saturday - 8:30am - 6pm

Sunday - 8:30am - 4pm

Training will take place in head office which is in Earls Barton, Northampton.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Planning service engineers works and routes
  • Passing service and maintenance calls to engineers and/or subcontractors
  • Assist in logging all reactive and maintenance calls
  • Answer the service desk phones and deal with service and maintenance enquiries
  • Chase parts and update the system
  • Obtain all permits required to work on customers sites
  • Ensure all relevant information relating to the job is recorded on the system
  • Ensure all paperwork has been returned within 48 hours following completion of a job and upload to the system
  • Ensure subcontractors log on and off all customer portals

What skills and experience are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in a customer service or scheduling role is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to learn and develop skills quickly.
  • Clear, open, and honest communication.
  • Flexible approach.
  • Great customer service skills, positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to changes quickly.
  • Able to work a fixed shift of Thursday to Sunday as stated above.
