Service Manager (Motorrad)

Our client, a luxury automotive dealership based in the Southwest has an exciting opportunity for a Service Manager to join their amazing Motorrad team.

The role:

  • Manage the front of house workload while providing the highest standards of customer service while Motorcycles are with us for servicing and repairs.
  • Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction with work carried out and advising of future service or repair priorities.
  • Ensure daily operating processes are robustly followed to include invoicing, debtor control and adhering to dealership and manufacture requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with the Workshop team to ensure all tasks are completed to the agreed time scales.
  • Drive a winning performance on all key metrics through a team.

Key skills/experience:

  • Experience and proven record of success managing or leading a team in a franchised dealership
  • Strong communication skills with both customer and your team
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Kerridge
  • Full UK driving licence is essential and Motorcycle licence would be advantageous
  • Familiarity of warranty procedures would be advantageous
