Service Manager
NHS Professionals are seeking a dedicated CAMHS Service Manager to oversee the Crisis and Front Door Services for Coventry and Warwickshire Trust. This is a 4 month + temporary placement. The ideal candidate will be a registered professional with significant post registration experience and have a strong background in and possess excellent leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the identified services - Navigation Hub, Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team and Think Family Outreach Team. This includes patient, service activity, performance, quality, finances and staffing matters.
- You will contribute to the delivery of the transformational change programme for the Child and Family Services business unit, particularly through the development of a more integrated, multi-professional workforce.
- Contribute to services responses to key local and national policy drivers, programmes and initiatives for children and families.
- To deliver child & family focused services, against agreed performance and quality targets and within budget, whilst delivering agreed cost improvements.
- Contribute to effective partnership working with key external services, such as social care, the acute sector and key third sector organisations, to enable the delivery of shared outcomes.
-Be a member of the extended management & leadership team for the Child and Family Services business unit.
Person Specification
- You will have NHS Experience of Managing Clinical Teams at a Senior level
- You will have recent CAMHS/ Mental Health experience
- You will be a car driver, to travel to different sites across the county.
