Position: Service Sales Manager

Location: Must be based in a commutable distance to Stevenage

Duration: Permanent

Salary: £55,000 to £60,000 with a potential OTE of £80,000 to £90,000 however un capped

We are looking for an experience Service Sales Manager for a full time permanent position to join an existing sales team based in North Hertfordshire.

This position will be proactively selling service to End Users and Facilities company in a region that will include Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex and London.

They will be doing Service Sales in relation to Air Conditioning with a value of between £5,000 to £500,000, with a plan to bring in approximately £1 million in new business yearly

The right person for this position will already have a strong working background in Service Sales and will have a strong technical knowledge of Air Conditioning. They do need to already have strong leads within the facilities maintenance industry but still be proactive in creating a client base.

This sales person will be supported by an internal business development person who will also be following their own leads and creating appointments for the Sales Manager

Requirements

• Strong working background in Service Sales
• Must have experience in selling service contracts in relation to air conditioning
• Existing leads into End Users and Facilities Companies
• Must be based in a commutable distance to Stevenage
• Full UK Driving licence
• Proven track record of bringing in over a million pounds worth of service salesannually
• Passionate and driven

Package

• Excellent basic salary
• Uncapped commission
• Car allowance of £6,000 per year
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
