ServiceNow Business Analyst

6 month initial contract

£425 per day (inside IR35)

I am seeking a highly capable Business Analyst with ServiceNow experience to contribute to the successful implementation of ServiceNow.

To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong background in Business Analysis, along with a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, having proven and demonstrable experience of implementing, enhancing and deploying ServiceNow.

The role will require you to work closely with a wide range of stakeholders to provide analysis, configuration, delivery, testing and documentation support.

Key duties-

  • Drive process definition, improvement, engineering, and gap analysis of current vs. future processes.
  • Identify solutions from a people, process and technology perspective during workshops with key stakeholders, generating the required outputs to the level required for the subsequent stages of delivery.
  • Provide guidance on and deliver successful implementation of the to-be processes in partnership with other stakeholders.
  • Capture business and user requirements (as user stories for agile delivery).
  • Ensures requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered to specification.
  • Support ServiceNow training and testing activities.
  • Work with stakeholders to support ServiceNow adoption.
  • Experience and understanding of Business Rules, Client Scripts, Workflows, Form Design and UI Actions.
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, Service Portal, Service Catalogue, CMDB and Reporting.
  • Excellent understanding of the overall ServiceNow platform
