Yolk Recruitment are currently hiring for a ServiceNow Technical Delivery Lead to support our client on an initial 6 month contract with likely extension.

Requirements:

• Proven background in Project Management or Technical Delivery Leadership.
• Extensive experience in deploying a variety of enterprise application technologies (ServiceNow)
• Expertise in planning and managing budgets, utilising principles, methods, techniques, and tools to prepare and monitor budgets for cost management and ensuring value for money.
• Experience in creating and managing high-performance delivery teams.
• Strong leadership skills demonstrated in managing the delivery of technical products within multiple workstreams or program environments, along with a solid understanding of business analysis, system design, development, and IT service management.

• Excellent planning, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Effective organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing individuals at all levels within the organisation and externally.
• Proficient decision-making abilities, considering the needs of the situation, priorities, constraints, known risks, and the availability of necessary information and resources.
• Strong root cause analysis capabilities, combined with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex issues into solutions with clearly articulated potential impacts.
• Skilled in preparing and presenting business cases, RFPs, ITTs, and statements of requirements/work both verbally and in writing.
• Expertise in analysing and reporting financial costs and forecasts against budgets.
• Proficient in negotiating contracts for the supply of IT products and services using various methods, techniques, and frameworks.
