Setter - Injection Moulding

Are you passionate about precision and quality in injection moulding? Reed Engineering are seeking an experienced Injection Moulding Setter to join a fantastic and ever-growing company. As a Setter, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth production processes, meeting deadlines, and maintaining top-notch quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set and process tooling meticulously in alignment with production priorities.
• Ensure all jobs are completed promptly, meeting quality standards and exceeding customer expectations.
• Be the go-to person for resolving any issues that arise during production including red light situations
• Process Improvement: Support Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives and 5S programs to enhance processes across the shop floor.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Essential experience as an injection moulding setter, including machining, tool hanging, and setting/operating.
• IMT Qualification

Salary and Shift Pattern:

• Up to £40,000 per annum + Shift Allowance
• 4-On 4-Off, 12-hour shift rotation covering both days and nights.
