Position: Sewing Machinist
Location: Rural area (own transport essential due to location)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Salary: Excellent, based on experience

Being able to use a variety of industrial machines and experience of fabric cutting and pattern matching. 

Role Description:

Our client is seeking a skilled Sewing Machinist with experience using a variety of industrial machines, fabric cutting, and pattern matching. A keen interest in sewing, design, crafting, dressmaking, or any other transferable skills will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate various industrial sewing machines
• Cut fabrics and match patterns accurately
• Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail
• Adapt to a bespoke and varied workload

Requirements:

• Must have own transport due to rural location
• Experience in upholstery fabric cutting (2 years preferred)
• Keen interest in sewing, design, crafting, or dressmaking
