We are seeking a 365 SharePoint Administrator to lead and innovate in the creation, customisation, and optimisation of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint solutions. This role is pivotal in driving business productivity and enhancing user experience through expert architecting and development within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

• Manage, configure, and develop within Office 365 environments, utilising applications for document management and collaboration.
• Design and develop applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to create integrated solutions that support business needs.
• Develop, customise, and manage Modern SharePoint sites, including site pages, web parts, and site templates.
• Implement front-end solutions utilising SPFx, PnP, and frameworks like JavaScript, TypeScript, and .NET Core.
• Integrate Office 365 applications with third-party and cloud services using APIs, JSON, and CSOM.
• Build Azure-based solutions integrated with Office 365, leveraging Azure Logic Apps, Function Apps, and other Azure services.
• Apply practical knowledge of SharePoint Online and associated services such as Search Service, User Profile Service, and Compliance Centre.
• Use PowerShell to automate deployments and perform maintenance tasks.
• Implement robust security practices across Office365, Power Platform, and Azure.
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders.
• Prioritise, plan, and multitask effectively within deadlines and budget constraints.

• Practical experience with Office 365 configuration, administration, and development.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, JavaScript, C#, and .NET programming.
• Experience with Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Factory, and Azure services.
• Knowledge of web design/development using HTML, CSS, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Understanding of GIS Systems and experience with Esri ArcGIS Online and Hexagon WebMap/GeoMedia is ideal.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work autonomously or collaboratively.
