SharePoint Migration Specialist - £300p/d (Contract) - Fully Remote - Outside IR35

My client, a Microsoft Partner are seeking an experienced SharePoint Migration Specialist to join their team on a contract basis. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to work on complex SharePoint migration projects, helping customers transition from legacy and on-premises versions of SharePoint using their custom migration tool.

Key Responsibilities:
* Working on SharePoint migration projects from on-premise and legacy systems to modern SharePoint environments.
* Utilize a custom migration tool alongside third-party tools to deliver tailored solutions.
* Assess customer environments, identify migration challenges, and implement best practices.
* Work closely with technical teams and clients to ensure seamless migration with minimal disruption.
* Troubleshoot migration issues and optimize performance for successful project delivery.

Key Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in SharePoint migrations, including on-premises to online transitions.
* Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, content management, and governance.
* Hands-on experience with bespoke migration approaches and third-party tools such as ShareGate, AvePoint, or Metalogix.
* Ability to analyze complex environments and develop migration strategies.
* Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders and technical teams.

Contract Details:
* Fully Remote - Work from anywhere within the UK.
* Outside IR35 - Flexible engagement model.
