Job Title: SHE Advisor

Location: Towcester – On site

Salary: £54,793+ dependant on skills and experience

What you’ll be doing:

• You will be responsible for managing your own workload; this will include a number of Site projects spanning across the businesses
• Ensure you support the Site SHE reviews, as well as day to day site SHE management, scorecards, statistics, incident logs, presentation packs, associate meetings etc.
• This role will require you to provide advice on a range of Safety, Health and Environmental topics
• You will promote risk management via the hierarchy of controls
• Ensure you lead on accident/incident analysis and assurance activity, along with a wide variety of related tasks that fall within this diverse role
• Monitor contractor performance in line with their risk assessments and method statements will also form a key element of the role
• Additionally you will be involved the in implementation and maintenance of the SHE Management System (Certified to ISO45001, ISO14001 and ISO50001) within your business operation
• Being able to lead on risk assessment, accident/incident analysis and assurance activity, along with a wide variety of related tasks that fall within this diverse role

Your skills and experiences:

• Good understanding of Hazard identification and risk management
• Excellent communication skills and be comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels
• SHE experience and knowledge is essential
• NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health (or equivalent)
