Sheet Metal Workers - All skill and experience levels considered. Due to continued expansion we are seeking an reliable Sheet Metal worker to join this excellent company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and maintaining tools and equipment used in the manufacturing process. The successful candidate will also have a strong understanding of safety protocols and be able to work with a variety of tools and machines. We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and committed to providing quality workmanship.

What You'll Do:

  • Drilling and tapping
  • Operate Amada brake press machines to shape and form sheet metal.
  • Utilise laser cutting equipment to create precise metal parts.
  • Work with fine limits to ensure top-notch accuracy.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Perform quality checks to maintain our high standards.
  • Collaborate with our engineering and production teams.
  • Keep your work area clean and safe.

Required Qualifications/Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in Sheet Metal working.
  • Understanding of machine tooling and processes.
  • Understanding of fine limit sheet metal manufacturing and ability to maintain high quality standards.
  • Proven experience with press brake operation.
  • Experience in CNC laser operation.
  • Familiarity with tools and techniques required for precision engineering.
  • Understanding of Guillotine Setting/operation.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
