Job Description:

Are you a Shift Lead Engineer who is looking for a new opportunity? I am actively recruiting on behalf of a leading FM service provider for one of their flagship sites in London. You will receive a generous salary and package as well as progression opportunity and job satisfaction.

Location: London

Timings: Monday- Friday (Continental shift)

Benefits:

  • Chillers
  • Heat Exchangers
  • Calorifiers
  • Boilers
  • AHUs/FCUs
  • Distribution Boards
  • Circuit Breakers
  • Transformers
  • Generator Testing
  • Electrical Fault Finding
  • Emergency Light Testing
  • Fire Alarm Testing
  • Sprinkler Testing
  • BMS readings

Requirements

  • C&G / NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations (or equivalent)
  • 18th Edition OR 17th Edition
  • Experience in building services maintenance - Ideally within commercial office environment
