In the heart of the Energy & Natural Resources industry, we are seeking a seasoned and forward-thinking Shift Manager who can confidently lead an Engineering & Manufacturing team in our Hull location. The ideal candidate will have an aptitude for strategic decision-making, team management, and the ability to maintain operational efficiency.

Description

  • Manage and lead the production and engineering team to deliver optimum performance.
  • Ensure operational efficiency and quality of products.
  • Develop and implement strategies for team development and growth.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
  • Maintain safety standards in accordance with company and industry regulations.
  • Manage resources and workflow to meet production targets.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives.

Profile

A successful Shift Manager should have:

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in a leadership role within the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles.
  • Excellent team management and leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
