Are you a mechanical maintenance engineer with experience working in building services and/or health care/hospital environment? This could be a fantastic opportunity for you to work on a high-performing successful contract in one of London's hospitals.

  • Shift 4 on 4 off Days/Nights
  • £40,000 per annum + Overtime
  • Static site in London

Duties

  • PPMs and reactive maintenance on plant mechanical systems
  • Attending to emergency breakdowns
  • Servicing AHUs/FCUs
  • Servicing Boilers
  • Servicing Pumps
  • Maintaining Heat Exchangers
  • Maintenance on Calorifiers/Burners
  • Maintenance on Air Conditioning Systems
  • Carrying out fault finding and repair works across plant rooms, wards, operating theatres and across the general building

Requirements

  • Min Level 2 plumbing & heating/mechanical engineering
  • Experience as mechanical technician in a hospital (desirable)
  • Understanding of medical gas systems (desirable)
