Shift Supervisor is required for a leading recycling company dedicated to sustainable waste management and environmental conservation. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to lead our night shift team and ensure the efficient operation of our recycling processes.

Shift Supervisor duties include:
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the night shift team, ensuring all tasks are performed efficiently and safely.
- Operations Management: Oversee the sorting, processing, and baling of recyclable materials, ensuring compliance with company standards and environmental regulations.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety inspections to maintain a secure working environment.
- Quality Control: Ensure the quality of sorted materials meets company standards and customer requirements.
- Training & Development: Provide training to team members on proper recycling procedures, equipment operation, and safety practices.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production, equipment status, and team performance. Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the shift, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Shift Supervisor requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably within a recycling or waste management environment. Although team leaders in warehousing, production, manufacturing will also be suitable.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, industrial environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and organisational skills.

Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday, 7pm - 7am.
