Contract Personnel are currently recruiting for Shift Supervisors to work in the outskirts of Norwich for an upcoming project, working with a company who aids the transition to Net Zero and help mitigate the impacts of Climate Change by providing carbon-negative and carbon-removing energy solutions.

Duties will include:

  • Manage, implement and ensure compliance with site and company safety protocols and procedures
  • Responsible for day-to-day operations and plant performance
  • Responsible for managing plant isolation
  • Responsible for plant operational maintenance and upkeep
  • Manage shift personnel

Essential experience:

  • Engineering NVQ Level 3 in an Electrical discipline or similar
  • Knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems - ability to read system schematics
  • Supervisory experience

Preferred experience:

  • IOSH Managing Safely
  • Knowledge of Safe Isolation and Electrical Safety
  • WAH or Confined Space Management
  • First Aid at Work or Emergency First Aid
  • Certified to operate plant machinery, IPAF, MEWP

Shift pattern:

  • The ideal candidate will be flexible to work overtime and additional shifts if required, and work days and nights
  • 3-4 shifts per week 
  • 07:00 - 19:00 AND 19:00 - 07:00
