?? What You'll Be Doing:
- Check and process essential shipping documents like commercial invoices, packing lists, COO/COCs, and Bills of Lading.
- Ensure all documents are shared on time with freight forwarders.
- Keep records of container shipments and report any issues to teams across the UK, USA, Hong Kong, and Shanghai.
- Create shipping documents for exports to the US and Hong Kong.
- Update the ERP system (SAP) with shipment data.
- Cross-check invoice prices in SAP and approve them for payment.
- Oversee parcel dispatch and tackle any courier-related queries (DHL, DPD, etc.).
