We are looking for a Shipping Coordinator for our client based in Bradford. This role is due to expansion and is based in their brand new manufacturing facility. The company is well established and a market leader in their industry.

This role would suit someone with experience of importing or exporting goods. Duties include organising the import of raw materials and export finished goods. A high level of accuracy is required for this position.

Main duties to include:

Booking deliveries and collections with freight forwarders
Tracking shipments and flagging any lost or delayed deliveries
Ensure each shipment has the correct documentation
Build relationships with freight forwarding companies
Notify relevant parties if goods are lost or damaged
Resolve issues with an rejected loads

We are looking for:

Experience of working in a Shipping, Import or Export role
Someone who is organised and can work to deadlines
A proactive individual who sees tasks through to completion
Strong administration skills and good attention to detail
