Showroom Host

We are seeking a motivated and well-presented individual with excellent communication and relationship building skills to join the team as a Showroom Host which is located at Chelsea Harbour.

• Location: Chelsea Harbour
• Working Hours: 9:30AM - 5.30pm
• Salary - £30k - £40k (depending on experience)

As the Showroom Host, you will be responsible for:

• Answering client's telephone and email enquiries, producing quotations and processing orders
• Offering expert advice on companies' collection
• Updating the CRM system with business-critical information about contact with each trade account.
• Offering follow ups using the CRM system
• Hosting showroom visitors, maintaining the showroom in immaculate condition
• Running the sampling process
• Creation of content for social media, especially at events
• Co-ordinating with our workshop team to ensure excellent client communication post sales
• Supporting business development activities

The successful Showroom Host will have the following related skills / experience:

• An interest in interior design would be highly beneficial
• Outstanding communication skills
• Sales / hosting experience within the interior design industry would be desirable
• Motivated and driven
• Proactive and client focused
