Site Administrator

Clacton-on-Sea

Full time office-based

£26,000

Duties:

  • Prepare and manage all incoming correspondence
  • Preparing Word processing documents, such as presentations and reports
  • Processing and checking invoices
  • Completing staff timesheets
  • Create and maintain filing systems and databases
  • Completing site deliverables and uploading them onto the company system
  • Upload all site documentation to an online system
  • Liaise with the site team and assist colleagues with all aspects of administration
  • Ad hoc duties as and when required

Requirements:

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) grades A-C, including English and Maths
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong numeracy and IT Skills
  • Self-motivated and able to use own initiative
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise your workload
  • Ability to be polite but firm when dealing with difficult customers
  • You must be a team player with a flexible attitude
  • Confident with using a computer and office equipment
  • Willingness to travel when required throughout UK
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Previous experience of working on site is desirable
