Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm)

Our client, based in the Chelmsford area is on the lookout for a Site Co-ordinator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful team and become part of a growing business!

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensuring collection and delivery paperwork is completed.
• Examining customers vehicles for damage and tyre safety prior to the customer collecting the vehicle.
• Ensuring all photos of the vehicle stock is up-to-date and presented correctly on all sites.
• Ensuring that all signage and pricing is correct on vehicle stock on the forecourt.
• Receiving and receipting the collection of payments from customers where necessary.
• Collecting / delivering small items where required.
• Completing any documentation with the customers.

Your Background & Skill:

• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Previous experience within a similar role would be advantageous.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
