What will you do?

• Manage electrical asset management, ensuring compliance with statutory and best practice guidelines.
• Supervise on-site electrical contractors.
• Plan and support operational electrical maintenance to resolve plant issues.
• Enhance and monitor preventive maintenance schedules.
• Prepare Scope of Work documents for tender and oversee contractor selection and performance.
• Coordinate electrical planning for plant outages.
• Maintain effective communication with regulators and stakeholders.
• Lead site modifications for electrical systems, ensuring compliance with IEC, ATEX, DSEAR, BS standards.
• Develop CAPEX requests for continuous improvement initiatives.

What will you need?

• Minimum 5 years' experience in oil and gas or process industries, ideally in a site-based electrical engineering role.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
• High Voltage authorisation.
• Project management skills to plan and execute CAPEX in live plant environments, coupled with practical knowledge of Hazardous Areas, HV & LV distribution, motors, VSDs, large drives, switchgear, and UPS.
• NEBOSH General Certificate desirable.
• Right to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship.
