Your new company
You will be joining a market-leading bridge contractor who specialises in the installation and demolition of modular steel bridges and temporary bridges. This multi-accredited organisation operates throughout the UK and boasts an impressive list of high-profile clients, including Network Rail, Highways England, Sizewell C and HS2. They offer excellent opportunities for career progression and, due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Site Manager.

Your new role
As Site Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of bridge schemes throughout the UK, from inception through to completion. You will be based on one site at a time, initially in the Birmingham area, on a 40-hour work week (9am-5pm). You will also be expected to commute and lodge (all expenses paid) at sites further afield and be able to commute to their depot in Rotherham on occasion.

Previous experience with heavy cranes is advantageous. Individuals at a Site Supervisor level who are looking to step up in their career are welcome to apply.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a starting salary dependent on experience plus a package on top (including company car or car allowance, 34 days' annual leave, pension, fully expensed business mileage and lodging, private medical insurance and more) as well as the opportunity to grow and progress your career with a world-leading bridge contractor.
