The Energy Division at ARM are currently recruiting an experienced Site Manager to join leading Solar site developer, to be based in Derbyshire.
Job Overview:
As the Site Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and coordination of the installation of a utility scale solar farm. You will ensure high levels of Health and Safety, client service, timely execution and installation of quality. You will be the key person for the completion of projects.
Some of your duties will include:
* Daily management of the on-site construction process
* Responsibility for the H&S on site
* Carry out site inductions
* Ensuring there is a strong working relationship between all Contractors
* Arranging work schedules
* Involved in carrying out the work
* Cary out toolbox talks
What do you need to succeed?
* SMSTS Certification
* Experience in the Site Management of utility-scale solar farms
* Leadership experience
* Full Drivers licence
