About the role of a Site Manager

Due to a new contract award of a £35m new build commercial office project, this is a perfect opportunity for an experienced Site Manager, to take their career to the next level.

Based in the Greater Manchester area, you will be working alongside knowledgeable, professional, and supportive construction executives who will provide you with the environment where you can thrive.

The company is one of the UK's most successful privately owned multi-disciplinary contractors who have a healthy pipeline of secure projects. They can also provide a level of job security and opportunity to progress within the business, due to the company flourishing in the North.

Experience/Qualifications for a Site Manager

  • The successful candidate must demonstrate a background working for a contractor in the commercial new build sector.
  • Track record of excellent people management skills with the ability to motivate site teams to work to strict build programmes and deadlines & exceed client expectations.
  • Excellent planning & time management skills with the ability to think ahead & manage risk.
  • Experience working in a department that allows them to showcase logical thinking skills and verbal communication skills.

What we offer for a Site Manager

  • Salary between £55,000 - £65,000
