Job title: Site Manager Location: North West Salary: £40,000-£42,000 Package: Company Van Expenses Laptop Fuel Card Certs: CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid The contractor are looking for a Site Manager, ideally a joiner by trade to manager fit outs and refurbishments across the commercial and industrial sector. Job values will range from £100K-£3M Job lengths are between 5 weeks-5 months. Looking for Main Contractor companies on CV Projects: Commercial Buildings Cat A Cat B Offices, Industrial Buildings, Warehouses Duties: Oversee and manage all aspects of construction and site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. Coordinate and supervise site personnel, including subcontractors, ensuring a safe and productive work environment. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to plan and execute project timelines and milestones effectively. Monitor and control project expenses, labour costs, and material usage to optimize project profitability. Maintain accurate and detailed records of project progress, including daily reports, site logs, and documentation for change orders and variations. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and permits, obtaining necessary approvals and inspections as required. Implement and maintain best practices for quality assurance, aiming to deliver projects that meet or exceed client expectations. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all aspects of site operations.
