Site Manager
A leading construction company with over 25 years of experience in residential, commercial, and educational projects is currently seeking a Site Manager for the conversion of a hotel to residential apartments in Kings Cross, London.
The Site Manager's Role
The successful Site Manager will join a forward-thinking and established construction company known for delivering high-quality projects across various sectors. The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the fit-out phase of a major project, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. This role involves managing around 4/5 subcontractors, ensuring health and safety compliance, and liaising with clients to meet project deadlines and specifications.
The Site Manager
- Extensive experience as a Site Manager in the fit-out sector.
- Hold valid certificates - SMSTS / H&S / CSCS.
- Proven track record in managing residential and commercial projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and ensure project milestones are met.
- Detailed understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Relevant industry qualifications, such as a degree in Construction Management or a related field.
