Our client based in Gateshead are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team for the increase in workload.

Job Description

  • Oversee repairs
  • Capital work and adaptions
  • Liaising with clients, staff, subcontractors and the public and reporting on progress
  • Supervising and coordinating construction workers and hiring subcontractors
  • Van and IT equipment will be provided

Person Specification

  • Demonstrate IT skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Working at heights
  • First Aid
  • CITB/ SMSTS
  • Level 3 in management
  • Clean Driving Licence
  • CSCS Card
