West Yorkshire
Sector: Regional Build
£55k - £60k + Car Allowance + Package (Depending on Level and Experience)

My Client, who I have worked with for many years are a well-established regional contractor with a West Yorkshire base, due to contract wins, are now looking to bolster the Operational team with the appointment of 1 (and potentially 2) Site Managers to cover sites in West and North Yorkshire.

Although the majority of projects will be in the affordable Housing sector this contractor prides itself in delivering snag-free builds up to £5m, so prefers it’s managers to come from a general contracting background – this also gives flexibility when non-housing projects are awarded.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Site Setup
• Daily Diaries, Tool Box Talks
• Overseeing subcontractors to ensure quality and programme are achieved
• Material call offs
• Ensuring RAMS and Company H&S procedures are adhered to
• Liaison with architect, Clerks of Works & other stakeholders

Qualifications/Background:
• Recognized construction related qualification (NVQ, HNC, HND etc)
• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
• Ideally will have worked in the industrial & commercial sectors
