Job Title: Site Manager – Apartment Build
Location: Manchester
Salary: £45K-£50K + Comprehensive Package
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role:
We are partnering with a prestigious main contractor to recruit an experienced Site Manager for a major apartment build in Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:
Site Leadership: Manage all on-site activities, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and the site team for smooth project delivery.
Programme Management: Ensure construction milestones are met, adapting to challenges as they arise.
Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of work and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Health & Safety: Enforce strict health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment.
Client & Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any issues.
Budget Control: Oversee project costs, ensuring the build stays within budget.

Candidate Profile:
Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally in residential projects.
Strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
In-depth understanding of construction processes and regulations.
Strong commitment to health and safety.
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications are essential.
Relevant construction-related qualification (HNC/HND/Degree) is highly desirable.
