Site Supervisor

  • Location: Accrington
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Hours: 30 hours per week (6am - 9am & 3pm - 6pm)
  • Start Date: 22nd July 2024
  • Contract Type: Fixed-term with potential for permanent

We are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to join our team. This role requires a responsible individual who can manage the day-to-day operations of our site, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the site, ensuring all activities are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Supervise on-site staff and coordinate their activities to meet operational requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.
  • Manage site resources and equipment, ensuring they are maintained and used correctly.
  • Liaise with management to report on site progress and any concerns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work early morning and late afternoon shifts.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
