Site Supervisor - Civils & Energy (Norfolk)

Do you have a passion for construction and a strong background in reinforced concrete?
We are looking for a driven and experienced Site Supervisor to join our clients team, working on exciting civils and energy projects across Norfolk for a leading client.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Leading and motivating construction teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
  • Overseeing all aspects of construction activities, including health and safety compliance.
  • Identifying and managing potential risks and hazards on site.
  • Ensuring effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders, including project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Scheduling work activities, managing resources, and monitoring progress.
  • Completing accurate site reports and maintaining detailed records.
To be successful, you will need:
  • A trade background in reinforced concrete or a similar discipline.
  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role.
  • Excellent health and safety awareness and a commitment to safe working practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to delegate tasks effectively and manage a team.
  • A meticulous attention to detail and a problem-solving approach.
  • A full UK driving licence.
