BMS Site Supervisor
12 month contract (opportunity for permanent work)

Dynamite Recruitment are honoured to be working with a multimillion pound business that can offer a range of services to their customers specifically around BMS, Mechanical and Electrical Critical Services.
 
I am seeking a Site Supervisor to join their team which will act as a Junior Project Manager  where they can support you further and provide you exposure to the Project Management side. This will be supporting on an ongoing project on a prestigious site in Canary Wharf. This is a Distech upgrade across over 140 panels and their could be potential for the right person to stay on permanently due to a good amount of work.
 
This role will be a support function to the Senior Project Managers and ideally we need someone with a BMS background.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out site inductions for direct and sub contract labour
  • Carry out daily site meetings to ensure that health and safety is being carried out and the relevant regulations are being adhered to
  • Ensure you are aware of any project updates and that this has been communicated to the senior project management teams
  • Ensure the team are engaged and tool box talks are motivating and communication and expectations have been made clear to ensure the team are all on the same page
  • Look over and submit permits and RAMS to the clients online portal
  • Ideally to have SSSTS qualification
  • BMS experience is required
