Renewable Energy Tower Pre-assembly Foreman/Supervisor Wanted

We need a Site Supervisor for our client's team in Hartlepool. As a Tower Pre-assembly Foreman/Supervisor, you'll be responsible for on-site tower pre-assembly, managing the site team, and liaising with stakeholders. You must have experience in renewable energy tower pre-assembly roles.

Start Date: 15th July 2024
Hours: 14 days on/14 days off (2 for nights and 2 for dayshifts)
Contract: 6 months

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage site operations with H&S compliance
* Report project progress to the manager
* Oversee sub-contractors' activities

Qualifications/Skills:
* CITB SMSTS qualification
* Relevant degree or equivalent experience
* Experience supervising tower pre-assembly projects
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to lead teams effectively
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to work under pressure
* Good attention to detail
