  • Experience working within a formal project environment utilizing agile methodologies.
  • Proficient in creating training materials, user guides, technical documentation, and process documentation.
  • Skilled in working with relational databases such as SQL Server.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret business requirements and implement solutions using best practices.
  • Knowledge of student records systems, particularly SITS/eVision development.
  • Proficiency in writing/understanding SRL Syntax and Tasking/Vistas for SITS/eVision development.
  • Competent in using T-SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft low-code application suite, including Power Apps, PowerBI, and Power Automate/Flow.
  • Understanding of the student lifecycle in UK higher education.
  • Strong combination of business understanding and technological capabilities.
  • Agile-oriented approach to project team collaboration.
  • Customer-focused mindset, meeting internal and external customer needs promptly.
  • Effective management of routine processes, highly organized, and meets deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Handles confidential information with discretion and trustworthiness.
  • Demonstrates initiative, effective workload management, and commitment to task completion.
  • Produces high-quality, accurate work with attention to detail and high operational standards.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
