0730 - 1600 Mon - Fri (rotating 0600 - 1400 and 1400 - 2230 after 3 weeks)

£11.75 p/hour + £1.61 p/hour shift allowance when rotating (£13.36 p/hour in total when rotating)

Full Time - Long Term Agency Contract

We are looking for an experienced machine operator who can set and operate a small press used to produce parts for the aerospace, automotive or defence sector.

This is a factory-based role, standing at a machine, following a work order and quality checking products as they are made.

Some of the items are very small, light, delicate and easy to break.

It's a role where you start off on day shift (0730 - 1600) and then move to rotating early and lates after 3 weeks.

To be considered - you need to be flexible enough to work the shift, local to Rugby, dexterous and someone who has a quality first approach.

This role offers you:
