About the Role

Base Location: Flexible across North East England | We're proud to offer a Flexible First approach to work, and this role is no exception. We will, however need your base 'home' location to be one of our offices or depots in Gateshead.

We're looking for talented sales people within the Building Controls (BMS) industry whom can accelerate our plans for growth across the North East. 

Joining our team means stepping into a world of cutting-edge projects that harness the power of the latest technologies and ingenious solutions, all aimed at reducing energy consumption and cutting carbon emissions in buildings.

We've got a constant stream of enquiries and tailored development programs to equip you with the opportunities and knowledge you need to grow your career.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Promoting our advanced BMS solutions.

· Nurturing relationships with existing clients.

· Developing key partnerships within commercial real estate, property management, and facility management sectors.

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

· Knowledge of Building Control Systems.

- Sales experience within Building Controls industry or a related industry.

· Due to travel to and from Client Sites, driving license is essential.
