Are you an experienced and qualified SMART Repair Technician or have proven experience within a bodywork repair environment? Shorterm Group are looking for enthusiastic professionals to join a dynamic team covering the South of England. Responsibilities:
- Conduct SMART repairs on vehicles, including paintless dent removal, alloy wheel repairs, bumper scuffs, and other minor damage repairs.
- Ensure high-quality cosmetic repairs are completed to the highest standards.
- Manage a fully equipped van, maintaining all tools and equipment in excellent working condition.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including the use of provided airline and mask.
Handle pre-arranged and approved jobs, providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a SMART Repair Technician or within a bodywork repair environment.
- Relevant qualifications in automotive repair or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, maintaining professionalism at all times.
