As an SME Underwriter, you will play a key part in leveraging your insights to drive strategic portfolio growth and development. Your contributions are crucial in shaping the digital, adaptable and innovative insurance products, keeping them at cutting edge of industry trends.

You will be:

• Making informed decisions by a comprehensive understanding of underwriting guidelines.
• Assessing risks and sculpting portfolio strategy, ensuring they stay aligned with strategic objectives.
• Building and maintaining relationships with Brokers.
• Analysing statistical data to support with decision making and continuous improvement.
• Offering technical support on underwriting issues, ensuring our decisions are based on solid underwriting principles.

Your experience:

• Good Understanding of SME package Insurance and portfolio underwriting.
• Proficient in management and decision-making.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset to identify opportunities and overcome challenges.
• Skilled in analysing statistical data to inform strategic decisions.
• Able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
