Smoke Control Manager - £55,000 - London

RGB Network are representing Fire & Security specialist company, who carry out a variety of services from design, installation and maintenance to a number of clients across London.

Due to sheer growth, they are looking for a driven Smoke Control Manager / Team Leader to lead and grow a new division. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives on building teams, driving success, and ensuring compliance with smoke control regulations.

Salary Package:
  • £50,000 - £55,000
  • Company Car or Car Allowance

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a team of engineers, ensuring high performance and technical excellence.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of smoke control regulations and ensure all works adhere to industry standards.
  • Obtain and maintain SDI19 accreditation and oversee compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training, mentoring, and technical support to engineers.
  • Work closely with senior management to establish and expand the smoke control division.
  •  Oversee projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and compliance with contractual obligations.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role within smoke control.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop engineering teams.
  • In-depth understanding of smoke control systems and relevant industry regulations.
  • Ability to work closely with senior leadership to drive business growth.
  • Willingness to travel across London and surrounding areas.
