We’re on the hunt for a bilingual (English & German) Social & Community Manager (6 month FTC) to help our client (Grow/ Build/ Nurture). You’ll play a vital role in localising community support for our German market — ensuring every interaction feels meaningful, on-brand and culturally relevant. From daily engagement to shaping strategy, you’ll help us deliver joyful, trusted, and values-led experiences across our platforms.

  • Creating a community support for the business, ensuring tone, messaging and responses resonate authentically
  • Be the voice of the business on all social & community platforms (primarily Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok), engaging with both English & German-speaking audiences
  • Respond to all comments, DMs & virtual queries with empathy, speed and good hummor
  • Monitor sentiment, insights & flag trending topics/ potential risks
  • Track & share all community feedback inline with business performance metrics
  • Review & translate content, ensuring tone & cultural references are correct & engaging.
  • Collaborate with wider teams (Marketing and Creative teams) to engage within the community
Required: 
  • Fluent German & English.
  • Experience creating, supporting & growing an authentic online communities
  • You are culturally aware and know how to build trust and engagement with an audience
  • Create warm & engaging communication
  • You thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment & love trying new things digitally 
  • Experienced in creating an exciting brand experiences
