Salt is working with one of the most recognised and high-performing digital-first creative agencies, with an exceptional opportunity for a Social Listening Insights Executive!

This is the perfect role for someone passionate about social listening and storytelling, who wants to grow, learn, and shape their skills further. You should already have a foundation in the usual tools, but what's most important is your curiosity in human behavior and passion for finding trends and patterns in digital spaces.

  • 6-month fixed term contract, with the potential to transfer permanently
  • Hybrid working in London
  • £28,000 - £30,000 pro rata

As a Junior Insight Analyst, you will:

  • Identify key audiences and where they spend their time to inform the planning of campaigns
  • Analyse social media data and other data sources to unlock audience insights to inform campaign strategy and creative work
  • Create periodic reports on emerging trends and develop ways for clients to tap into these trends and inform content on the fly
  • Produce post-campaign performance report

You will need:

  • 1+ years of experience with social listening tools, from query writing to presenting insights
  • Proficiency in campaign performance reporting, with a clear understanding of the role that each key performance metric has in assessing success
  • Strong interest in human behavior and passion for finding trends and patterns in the digital space
  • Some experience with Brandwatch, and ideally YouScan
  • Some experience with consumer research databases (for example, GWI) and ideally search data tools
