I am recruiting for a Social media and Digital Manager to drive visibility and web traffic for a Global brands company within Kent to boost e-commerce sales and brand awareness through paid digital advertising and social media strategies. For this position you must have tangible product experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies (social media ads display ads, SEO, SEM, PPC).
  • Manage external paid media agencies to meet KPIs.
  • Set and measure campaign goals, showing ROI.
  • Analyse and report on digital & social media strategy needs quarterly.
  • Assist in delivering the trading and communications plan.
  • Create content for social media and digital sites.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and digital technologies.
  • Develop and oversee competitions and campaigns.
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback on social media.
  • Collaborate with other departments for an effective online marketing strategy.
  • Measure key performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in digital media, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in digital marketing.
  • Advanced experience with web analytic tools (Google Ads, Google Campaign Manager).
  • Experience managing agencies and paid social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Knowledge of media trends and basic budgeting skills.
