Social Media Assistant

 
Duties for the Social Media Assistant:

• Get involved in exciting social media campaigns that capture attention and engagement
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content that resonates with their audience
• Monitor and analyse social media trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation
• Formatting content appropriately
• Creating monthly content plans
• Engaging with followers, replying to comments etc
• Editing content and reels
• Helping to make digital ads
• Working on site and on set to capture content
• Helping ensure consistency between Newsletters, social media and the website

• Demonstrable experience managing social media platforms for business or personal projects
• Excellent written communication skills with a flair for crafting engaging and creative content
• Strong knowledge of social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A keen eye for visual aesthetics and an understanding of what resonates with diverse audiences
• Social media experience must include platforms such as Instagram, Tik-Tok, Facebook, YouTube and Pinterest
• Have an understanding of what is brand appropriate for a luxury/cool brand
• Understanding screen ratios
• Be confident and switched on  
• Ideally have an interest in fashion and beauty

• Relevant degree qualification in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field such as photography or art.
• Additional training or certifications in social media management or digital marketing
• Proven track record of growing and engaging a social media audience
