We’re looking for an experienced Social Media & Content Specialist to join an established agency specialising as they look to grow out their digital team. This is a role that will encompass all things social media and content creation.

What you’ll be doing

As the Social Media & Content specialist, you will be responsible for the delivery of the social media strategy from planning, to designing and scheduling across the main B2C Channels – Facebook, Instagram & TikTok.

You will create all content whilst keeping up to date with the latest digital trends to target the correct audiences in order to grow traffic and engagement for each brand. This role will also require you manage relationships with existing ambassadors as well as identify new influencers.

You’ll be responsible for tracking and analysing the social campaigns and manage the content accordingly, reporting to the management team your findings and providing data lead insights.

What experience you’ll need

  • At least 1 years’ experience within social media management & content creation
  • Sound content creation skills with great attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
  • Strong visual design skills – using Canva and/or the Adobe Creative Suit
  • To be highly organised, self-motivated and a real team player
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Someone with confidence – this role is client facing
  • Great communication skills both written and verbal

This role is offering a salary up to £28k + bonus, 24 days holiday and much more. This is a role that does require someone to be in the office on a daily basis.
