Overview
We are looking for a driven individual who has a strong interest in social media and passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience to join the Social Media Operations team. As a social media co-ordinator, you will support the daily operations of the social media department by engaging with internal and external customers in a friendly and professional manner. As part of this role, you will be involved in delivering training,building sales agent’s social media knowledge, developing procedures and ensuring adherence to the social media governance policy whilst supporting yearly objectives.
You will provide support, build relationships and partnerships with all business divisions to improve efficiencies and drive performance.
Whilst delivering a high standard of engaging and amplify quality across all social media channels.
In this varied role, you will work closely with the Social Media Content & Engagement team, working together to achieve an effective overarching social media strategy.
